Canopii looks to succeed where past indoor farms have not

Canopii, a startup, is creating robotic greenhouses. These greenhouses will grow vegetables automatically. Their goal is to solve the issues that led to the failure of many indoor-farming startups.

• Canopii has created robotic greenhouses. These can handle all farming tasks on their own. They plant seeds and harvest crops without any human help.

• High output in a small space: Each greenhouse is roughly the size of a basketball court. It can produce about 40,000 pounds of herbs and leafy greens each year.
